1. Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day Return & Replacement Policy from the date of delivery. Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Damaged Product: Product received in damaged condition

Incorrect Product: Product received does not match the item ordered

Defective Product: Product is not functioning properly

Incomplete Order: Product received is missing parts or accessories
Important Guidelines

Warranty Sticker:
The warranty sticker and stamp must remain intact. Any removal or tampering will make the product ineligible for return or replacement. Please inspect the product thoroughly before installation. -
Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
Recording an unboxing video at the time of first opening the package is mandatory. This video acts as primary proof for any return or replacement claim.
2. Non-Eligible Return & Replacement Conditions
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong model ordered by the customer

Tampered product or removal of protective film/sticker (especially for LCD/display items)

Damage caused during installation or repair

Missing or improper unboxing video
-
Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect order placed by mistake

Product found cheaper elsewhere

Product no longer required
Product-Specific Exclusions

Front & Back Cameras: Replacement only, no return

LCD Display Folder Combos: Replacement only, no return

After Replacement: No further return or replacement once a replacement is issued

iPhone Convertor: No return, replacement, or refund

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request:

Log in to your account

Go to Account > Orders
-
Select the relevant order
-
Click Return and choose the appropriate return reason
Mandatory Evidence Requirements

Testing Video:
For defective or non-working products, a clear testing video showing the issue, product condition, and order details is mandatory. -
Unboxing Video:
Unboxing video is required to support the claim. -
Product Images:
Clear photos of the product must be submitted along with the return request.
If the required videos or images are not provided, the return request may be rejected at the discretion of our return team.
All claims are reviewed only after proper verification.
4. Return Pickup Policy

We will arrange the return pickup for eligible returns.

A ₹70 return pickup/handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

If we are unable to arrange the return pickup, the customer will be required to send the product via India Post to the provided return address.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defect

Product received damaged

Incorrect product delivered

Additional Refund Terms

Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch):
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. -
RTO (Return to Origin):
If the consignee refuses delivery or cancels the order while in transit, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, both forward and RTO shipping charges (same as forward charges) are non-refundable. -
Cash on Delivery (COD):
A non-refundable ₹50 COD charge applies to all COD orders. -
Partial Payment Policy:
Any partially paid amount will not be refunded if the order is cancelled by the customer or refused at the time of delivery. -
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
6. Warranty Policy

Product must not be physically damaged

No misuse, modification, or improper handling

Customers are advised to test the product before installation
7. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team

Post-Dispatch: If the order is cancelled or refused during transit, it will be treated as RTO and applicable shipping charges will not be refunded
