1. Order Cancellation:

Customers have the option to cancel their orders; however, certain conditions apply:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made before the order has been dispatched. If you've ordered an incorrect product or color, please contact us immediately to cancel or modify your order.

• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, we can request our courier partner to mark the order as "Return to Origin" (RTO). Please note that you will be responsible for any RTO charges imposed by the courier company.
