1. Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer a 7-day refund policy for our valued customers, effective from the date of delivery. Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Product: If the product was received damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from the website description.
- Non-Delivery: If the order was not received.
2. Non-Eligible Refund Conditions:
Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:
- Physical Damage: If the received part is physically damaged.
- Modifications or Misuse: If there are any modifications to the device or misuse of the item.
- Immediate Installation: If the product is installed without proper checking. Please inspect the product thoroughly before installation.
3. Order Cancellation:
- Processing Stage: If your order is still processing (preparing for dispatch), you can cancel it easily. We will refund your full amount.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD Charges: If you order using Cash on Delivery (COD), a βΉ50 COD charge applies, which is non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
6. Customer Conduct:
- Abusive Behavior: Refunds will be held or canceled if the buyer uses inappropriate language or abuses over chat or call.
