1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Item received is defective or damaged.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is significantly different from the description on our website.
Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after order dispatch.
- Product damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Used or tampered products.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item.
- Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the process and credit the amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- In case of sellerβs fault (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse shipping cost.
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card or payment provider β it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
