Zeespares Refund, Replacement & COD Policy

At Zeespares.in, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile spare parts and accessories with complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.


1. Replacement Policy

We take utmost care to deliver the correct products, but in rare cases of delivery errors or product damage, follow the process below:

Wrong Item Delivered

  • Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Contact us via:

  • Please provide clear pictures and an unboxing video of the wrong item along with your Order ID.

Process:

  1. Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

  2. If approved, our courier partner will collect the incorrect product.

  3. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we will assist with an alternative return method.

  4. After successful pickup, we will dispatch the correct product (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, we will issue Store Credit or a Refund, as applicable.


Item Damaged During Transit

  • Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • Share clear pictures and unboxing video of the damaged product along with your Order ID.

Process follows the same steps as for Wrong Item Delivered.


2. Important Conditions for Returns/Replacement

We will not accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, installed, or altered.

  • Original packaging, including boxes, labels, or accessories, is missing.

  • Request is raised after 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory for all reasons. Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected.


3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

βœ… Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
βœ… Product is significantly different from the description on our website.

Note:
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and the refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds in the following situations:

❌ Change of mind after order dispatch.
❌ Product damaged due to customer mishandling.
❌ Used, installed, or tampered products.
❌ Price comparisons with other sellers.
❌ No longer needed or ordered by mistake.


4. Refund Process

  • Email us at support@zeespares.in within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos.

  • Our team will verify your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • "In case of self-return via India Post or Registered Post, the refund amount will be credited within 7 days of return delivery β€” issued as a Discount Code / Reward Points / Credit Balance, valid for 6 months."

  • For COD orders, refer to the COD refund process below.


5. Return Shipping

  • In case of seller’s fault (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.


6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Refund Policy

  • Direct cash refunds are not applicable for COD orders.

  • If a COD order is returned due to valid reasons (defective, wrong, damaged product), we will issue a Zeespares Store Credit/Gift Card, valid for future purchases on www.zeespares.in.

  • Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be applied during checkout.

How to Claim Store Credit:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details, photos, and videos (unboxing video is mandatory).

  3. Upon approval, Store Credit will be issued within 3–5 working days.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are applicable to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets) as per standard timelines.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@zeespares.in.
