Received faulty product and no help from support staff to get it replaced

I ordered a back camera for samsung galaxy a12. The received product eas faulty. I was instructed to send them proof with video recording and pictures. I have sent all the required information yet since 4 days a support staff tells me they will look into it and then disappear. Very bad behaviour.
