Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Replacement Policy:
We offer a 7-day Return & Replacement Policy for all our valued customers, effective from the date of delivery. Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the product received is damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from what was displayed on the website.
- Defective Product: If the product does not function properly.
- Incomplete Order: If the received product is incomplete.
Important Notes:
- Warranty Sticker: Do not remove our warranty sticker and stamp from the product. Removal will void eligibility for return or replacement. Please inspect the product thoroughly before installation.
- Unpacking Video: It is mandatory to record a video while unpacking the order for the first time. This serves as proof and facilitates the return or replacement process.
2. Non-Eligible Return Conditions:
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect Model Ordered: If the wrong model was ordered.
- Tampered Product: If the tempered film or sticker is removed from the LCD display folder.
- Damage During Repair: If the part is damaged during the repair process.
- Missing Unboxing Video: If there is no proper unboxing video.
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Order Placement: If the wrong item was ordered by mistake.
- Found Cheaper Elsewhere: If a similar item was found at a lower price elsewhere.
- No Longer Needed: If the item is no longer needed after purchase.
Product-Specific Policies:
- Front & Back Cameras: No return policy; only replacement is available.
- LCD Display Folder Combos: No return policy; only replacement is available.
- Post-Replacement: Return or replacement is not available after a replacement order has been provided.
3. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Select your Order.
- Choose Return and select the appropriate return reason.
Return Method:
Depending on courier service availability, customers may need to return the shipment via India Post to the provided return address. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund, including India Post charges, will be initiated.
Note: If another courier service is used for the return, shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy:
Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Product: If the product was received damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from the website description.
- Non-Delivery: If the order was not received.
Additional Notes:
- Order Cancellation: If the order is still processing (pre-dispatch), it can be canceled for a full refund.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable βΉ50 COD charge applies.
- Refund Processing: Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account. An email confirmation will be sent once processed.
5. Warranty Policy:
- Warranty Sticker: The warranty sticker must remain intact.
- Product Condition: The product should not be physically damaged.
- Modifications: No modifications or misuse of the item are allowed.
- Installation: Do not install the product immediately; please check it properly before installation.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
- Post-Dispatch: If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, we can request the courier partner to return the order, but RTO (Return to Origin) charges will apply.
