• Return policy:

1.We provides 7 Days Return & Replacement Policy for all our Valuable Customer. Within 7 days you can Return your order or Request for Replacement, 7 days will calculate from the Date the Order was Delivered to You.

Return Request will Accept Only some Condition Mention Below.

1. If you have Received Damaged Product/ Item into the Packaging Box.
2. If Product Received Different / Not Received what showing on website.
3. If Product Does not work Properly / Defective Product Received.
4. Incomplete Product Received.

*Important Note 1: Please do not Remove our Warranty Sticker & Stamp from the Product, otherwise you will not Eligible for Return / Replacement Item. So please check your product before installation, Once you satisfied then install it. 

*Important Note  2 : Please make Order Unpacking Video when you Open your Order 1st Time, It's Mandatory for all Return Reason. It help to process return or Replacement.         

*Damaged Product Received: When Courier Delivery Agent will deliver your order to you and packaging box is Damaged in Transit, so please make a Video to your Mobile when you 1^st time Open this packet. We personally suggest you Please Create a Video Proof of Box Open Time. You can Share this Video on our WhatsApp.

How to Return ? 

        Step 1 : Login your Account.

        Step 2 : Click on Account Tab Showing Below.

         Step 3 : Select your Order.

         Step 4 : Select Return & Choose Return Reason.

Return Type - Self Return :-

Customer need to self Return this shipment through India Post on our Return Address which will be provided. Once we received Return shipment we will check the condition of product if we found same then we will initiated Full refund Included India Post charges.

Note :- If buyer's use another courier for self return, then shipping charges will not refund.
