01The 7-day window

A return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be processed, regardless of the reason.

Every request is reviewed against the conditions in Section 02 and the evidence requirements in Section 05. Raising a request does not automatically approve it.

02When we accept a return or replacement

Your request is eligible if one of the following applies and the required evidence is provided:

Two conditions that apply to every claim

• The warranty sticker and stamp must be intact. If the sticker is removed, cut or tampered with, the product becomes ineligible. Inspect the part fully before you install it.
• An unboxing video is mandatory. Record the package from the sealed state onwards, in a single unedited clip. This video is the primary proof for every claim.

03When we cannot accept a return or replacement

Correct product delivered, wrong model ordered

If the product delivered matches the model number, variant and quantity shown on your order confirmation, the order is treated as correctly fulfilled. A request raised because the wrong model, wrong variant, or a part that does not fit your device was selected at checkout is not eligible for return, replacement or refund.

Spare parts are model-specific and are dispatched sealed. Once a part has left our warehouse against a correct order, it cannot be restocked or resold, so the cost cannot be reversed.

Other non-eligible situations

Product images: images on the website may differ slightly in appearance. The product supplied will always match the model number stated in the title and description.

04Rules by product category

Some categories carry tighter rules because of how they are manufactured, packed and handled.

Once a replacement has been issued for an order, that order is closed. No further return, replacement or refund is available on the replaced item.

05Evidence we need

Claims are approved on evidence, not on description. Requests submitted without the items below may be declined.

06How to raise a request

1. Log in to your account on zeespares.in.
2. Go to Account → Orders and select the relevant order.
3. Click Return and choose the reason that matches your situation.
4. Upload the unboxing video, product photographs, and the testing video if the claim is for a defect.
5. Submit. You will receive a decision by email once verification is complete.

07Pickup and charges

• We arrange the reverse pickup for approved returns.
• A ₹70 pickup and handling charge is deducted from the refund amount. This charge is waived when the return is due to our error — a wrong, damaged or defective item.
• If pickup is not serviceable at your location, you will need to send the product to our return address by India Post.
• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product reaches us and passes verification.

08Refunds

A refund is issued in these cases:

• Manufacturing defect confirmed on verification
• Product received damaged
• Incorrect product delivered by us
• Order not delivered
• Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund

Charges that are not refunded

• COD fee: ₹50 on every Cash on Delivery order, non-refundable.
• RTO shipments: if delivery is refused or the order is cancelled in transit, the shipment returns to origin. Forward and return shipping charges are both non-refundable.
• Partial payments: an amount paid in part is not refunded if the order is cancelled by you or refused at delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. A confirmation email is sent once the refund is initiated. Time taken by your bank to credit the amount is additional.

09Warranty

Warranty cover applies only when all of the following hold:

• The warranty sticker is intact and untampered
• The product carries no physical damage
• There has been no misuse, modification or improper handling

Test every part before installation. Once a part is installed, damage caused during fitting cannot be assessed and the warranty claim will not stand.

10Cancellation

• Before dispatch: contact our support team to cancel. A full refund is issued.
• After dispatch: a cancellation or refusal in transit is treated as RTO. Shipping charges under Section 08 are not refunded.

11Decision authority and conduct

Every request is reviewed individually by the ZeeSpares Returns Team. The submitted evidence is checked against our packing and dispatch records before any approval. Where a request falls outside the conditions set out in this policy, whether a replacement can be offered is decided by the Returns Team, and that decision is final.

Conduct during a claim

We give our customers courtesy and we ask for the same in return. If abusive, threatening or offensive language is used towards our staff on any channel — call, WhatsApp, email or social media — we may:

• restrict further communication on that order to email only, and
• decline any goodwill replacement or discretionary exception outside this policy.

Claims that are fully supported by valid evidence under Sections 02 and 05 continue to be processed on merit through email.
